• Budget 

• Contract renewals and rebids: 

• Do we want to renew snow removal with Ratsey? The contract allows for a 1-year extension, expires Dec. 1. If we want to rebid, need to start process. 

• Do we want to renew landscaping with Signature? The contract allows for a 1-year extension, expires Dec. 31. If we want to rebid, need to start process. 

• The irrigation contract has been for two years, we need to rebid. Do we need to make any changes to the RFP?  

• Eliminate or restrict non-resident day passes?  

• Nomenclature for email; e.g.: Clerk@MattituckParks.gov or Chris@MattituckParks.gov 

• Potential community yard sale in September/October 

• Ceremony for putting up Sabat Meadow sign at Bay Ave Park for September 

• MPD co-sponsor Mattituck High School all class reunion next year 

• Next steps on renaming Aldrich Lane property 

• Potentially hiring tech support resource for MPD
