Discussion Matters: 

• Confirm venue rates for 2026 

• Discussion of field use rate structure, with the goal of creating consistency and uniformity 

• Apply structure to specifics: 

  • Confirm fall 2025 fee rates for NoFo United.  

  • Price for profit kids soccer 3 times/week 8-10 kids. Either $250 copying NoFo United but for profit, or $750 copying the Aldrich Boys. 

• Remaining 2025 investments 

• Priority 2026 Investments 

• High level 2026 budget discussion, to set stage for July budget presentation and August budget vote 

• Proposal for renaming parks on the August election 

• Threshold for pass through credit card charge: propose $750, to hit venue bookings but not permits. 

• Confirm July 3 work session date
