Resolution 2026-14

RESOLUTION APPROVING BILL REGISTERS AND

AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CURRENT BILLS FOR JANUARY 2026

RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby

approves the Bill Registers submitted by the Treasurer at the January 8, 2026, and

January 22, 2026 meetings and further authorizes payment of the current bills.

DIRECTING CHAIRMAN KEVIN BYRNE TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH

________ IRRIGATION SERVICES FOR 2026

RESOLVED, the Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District have received 2

irrigation bids for 2026 in response to the published RFP and have selected

____________ as the most qualified vendor. Chairman Byrne is hereby directed to

sign and enter into a contract agreement.

DIRECTING CHAIRMAN KEVIN BYRNE TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH

RESOLVED, the Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District have received 3

plumbing bids for 2026 in response to the published RFP and have selected

____________ as the most qualified vendor. Chairman Byrne is hereby directed to

sign and enter into a contract agreement.

DIRECTING CHAIRMAN KEVIN BYRNE TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH

2RESOLVED, the Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District have received 6

Resolution 2026-18

RESOLUTION TO AMMEND THE POLICY ON ATHLETIC FIELD AND SET RATES

FOR 2026

RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby

approves the amendments to the Policy on Athletic Field Use (see attached) and the

following rates for 2026: based per player for organized play at the rate of $15.

Informal, one-off use is charged $125 per day.
