RESOLUTION APPROVING BILL REGISTERS AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF CURRENT BILLS FOR DECEMBER 2025
RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby approves the Bill Registers submitted by the Treasurer at the December 3 and December 18, 2025, meetings and further authorizes payment of the current bills.

RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby appoint Jenifer Lew as office assistant effective December 2, 2025 for $100/week.

DIRECTING CHAIRMAN KEVIN BYRNE TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH RATSEY CONSTRUCTION FOR SNOW REMOVAL 2025-2026
RESOLVED, the Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District have extended the agreement for Snow Removal with Ratsey Construction for 2025-26. Chairman Byrne is directed to sign the contract extension.6

DIRECTING CHAIRMAN KEVIN BYRNE TO SIGN APPLICATION WITH SUFFOLK COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY FOR SERVICE AT THE LOVE LANE PROPERTY
WHEREAS testing revealed contamination in the water supply at the District’s Love Lane property that the Suffolk County Health Department requires be remediated;
AND THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District direct Chairman Byrne to execute the application with Suffolk County Water Authority needed for such service to be provided.

RESOLUTION TO PUBLISH A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR WATER TREATMENT AT THE DISTRICT’S ALDRICH LANE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, testing revealed contamination in the water supply at the District’s Aldrich Lane property, which the Suffolk County Health Department requires to be remediated, the District will address this by installing a water treatment system through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process that invites qualified contractors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of the Mattituck Park District authorizes the creation and publication of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the installation of a water treatment system at Aldrich Lane.

ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF ABIGAIL C. FIELD AS RECORDING SECRETARY AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, the Commissioners have received notice from Abigail C. Field of her intention to resign as Recording Secretary and Management Consultant effective December 31, 2025,

RESOLVED, Resolution 2025-39 is amended so that it reads:

RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Mattituck Park District hereby appoints the following Lifeguards for the 2025 Summer Season whose names and hourly rates are listed below, effective May 23, 2025.
