Dia de los Muertos Community Celebration, Sun 2 November 1.00-4.00PM

Join us to celebrate Dia de los Muertos - Day of the Dead to honor this beautiful holiday and the Monarch Butterfly. This free bilingual family event includes face painting, crafts, a nature hike, and a wonderful puppet show about Monarch migration and its cultural significance.

Discover how you can help migrating Monarch Butterflies and take home a goldenrod to plant in your garden. This is a collaborative event run by Sonia Spar, the Town of Southold's Spanish Community Relations Specialist, Jennifer Murray of Turtleback EEC, and Carmen Campos of Puppeted.
